Dr Varsha Ravindra Bhandarkar

​Dr. Varsha Bhandarkar completed her MBBS from M.S. Ramaiah Medical College, followed by an MD in General Medicine from Mysore Medical College. She subsequently pursued DNB in Medical Oncology from Apollo Hospitals, where she received comprehensive training in the diagnosis and management of solid tumors and hematological malignancies.

Prior to joining Fortis Hospital, she served as a Senior Resident in General Medicine at Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) and later as an Assistant Professor at Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bengaluru. 

Dr. Varsha specializes in the treatment of breast, ovarian, and lung cancers, with particular interest in immunotherapy, targeted therapy, and precision oncology. She is committed to delivering compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care tailored to the individual needs of every patient.

Actively involved in oncology research, Dr. Varsha has authored and co-authored numerous scientific publications, including several articles published in indexed national journals.
