Dr Sarat Chandra Pingali

Dr Sarat Chandra Pingali is an experienced Surgical Oncologist with more than 11 years of post MCh experience in treating cancer patients and performing a wide variety of cancer surgeries. He did his MBBS from Andhra Medical College, Visakhapatnam and MS (Gen. Surgery) from Osmania Hospital, Hyderabad. Further, he completed his MCh course in cancer surgery from Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Bangalore in 2012. He had various academic achievements including Prizes for Anatomy, Social and Preventive Medicine and University medal for MS General Surgery. He worked in Oncology departments of various institutions including AIIMS, Delhi and Nizam's hospital, Hyderabad. He has special interest in minimally invasive surgeries for cancer. He has presented papers in national conferences and has various publications. He believes in team work to enhance outcomes in cancer treatment.  He has participated in various community education programs emphasizing the importance of prevention and early detection of cancer. He wishes to dedicate a significant part of his time to activities concerned with increasing cancer awareness in society.
